4~7 Boneless and Skinless Fillets, lightly glazed to prevent freezer burns. They are well trimmed, belly off, skinless and boneless. DEFROSTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fillets are best thawed in fridge and cleaned using cool water. Do not re-freeze.COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Stove TopLightly flour the fillets and pan-fry with either butter or oil.Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side. Sauces can be cooked separately and poured over the cooked fillets.
- Conventional OvenPreheat Oven at 200°C. Place fillets on foil or baking pan.Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Microwave OvenPlace fillets on microwaveable dish. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
